India, Sept. 13 -- Karthi and SJ Suryah's Sardar 2 is not getting the kind of boost at the box office that people expected. The movie finished its first three days in theatres, yet the response still looks weak overall. As per the newest box office update, the film earned Rs 10.50 crore on Day 3. For a franchise title with a lot of notice and two familiar faces, this is not a strong start. Karthi does have a solid fan base. Still, so far, that pull has not shown up in the theatre collections the way it should. Now that three days are already done, the film has to see a jump in audience turnout if it wants to turn things around.
