India, May 1 -- Shocking new videos from the streets of the United States' San Francisco, capturing the deteriorated state of individuals in a "zombie-like" state due to drug consumption, have shocked users online. In the neighbourhoods of Tenderloin and South of Market (SoMa), the downtown portion of the city, scores of people were drugged out.

The viral clips were filmed throughout late April 2026 and highlighted the city's ongoing struggle with public drug use. People were visibly homeless, covered in filth, without any local or state-level intervention efforts.
