India, Sept. 21 -- Samsung has begun the rollout of One UI 9, its latest smartphone software update based on Android 17. The update is initially reaching the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra, with the rollout expected to expand to other compatible Galaxy devices.

The new version focuses heavily on artificial intelligence, privacy and security, while also introducing changes to the camera experience, Quick Panel and Samsung DeX.
