India, Nov. 1 -- Earlier, on October 17, the court had issued a bailable warrant against Rathee. However, the warrant could not be served. The court found that the previous warrant had been sent to an incorrect address in Austria. It said that the fresh warrant would now be sent to Rathee's address in Gurugram.

A Delhi court on Saturday issued fresh summons to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a criminal defamation case filed against him in 2018 by Vikas Pandey. Judicial Magistrate Rahul Jain of the Saket court issued the fresh summons on the complaint filed by Pandey. Earlier, on October 17, the court had issued a bailable warrant against Rathee.
