India, June 21 -- Russia-Ukraine War Latest News: Authorities in Russian-controlled Crimea halted gasoline sales to civilians on Sunday after Ukrainian forces intensified attacks on fuel facilities across the Black Sea peninsula, worsening an already severe energy crisis.

Sergey Aksyonov, the Kremlin-appointed leader of Crimea, said overnight strikes killed four people and injured 28 others. He did not reveal which locations had been targeted.

Later, Aksyonov announced that gas stations across the region would temporarily stop selling fuel to private individuals and non-state businesses.
