India, Aug. 3 -- Russia-Ukraine War Latest News: Two volunteers from Wolverhampton, UK, are raising funds to buy an evacuation truck that will be donated to Ukraine's military to help rescue and transport wounded soldiers from frontline areas to hospitals.

Steve Morris, 64, and Brian Gunter, 58, are aiming to collect £7,000 to purchase the vehicle. The pair plans to drive the truck to Lviv, Ukraine, in September as part of a humanitarian convoy organised by the charity Driving Ukraine.

The initiative is aimed at supporting Ukrainian forces by improving the transportation of injured soldiers during ongoing battlefield operations.
