India, June 4 -- The Indian Javelin contingent has got a new addition to it with Sachin Yadav. The 26-year-old is set to make his debut in the Diamond League in Rome tonight. With two-time Olympic medalist Neeraj Chopra, undergoing rehabilitation for a back injury, Sachin would be the only athlete to represent India in the event. Thanks to a brilliant 2025, Yadav emerges as a top rising Indian Javelin star. Tonight's event would also see Sachin aiming for the Commonwealth Games qualification distance after missing out at the Federation Cup in Ranchi.
