India, June 29 -- Robert Lewandowski has wrapped up his European career, agreeing to a multi-year deal with Chicago Fire FC, a club competing in Major League Soccer (MLS) Eastern Conference. Having parted ways with Barcelona, Lewandowski will now spend two years in the MLS. The Polish legend was also linked with a move to Serie A club AC Milan and even to the Saudi Pro League. However, he has followed the footsteps of Lionel Messi and is set to become one of the highest earners in MLS. A verbal agreement was made after Lewandowski visited Chicago a few days ago. He is expected to sign the deal early next week.
