India, Oct. 20 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday called on Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) member states to work collectively to dismantle the entire ecosystem of terrorism, asserting that there can be no justification for the menace and no double standards in tackling those who finance, support or provide safe havens to terrorists.

Addressing the 25th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (CHG) of the SCO in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, Singh described terrorism as one of the gravest threats to peace and development, warning that it claims innocent lives, disrupts investment and commerce, fuels radicalisation and deprives young people of opportunities."There can be no justification for terrorism, no double standards ...
