India, Sept. 17 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi turned 76 on September 17, 2026, with the Bharatiya Janata Party beginning a month-long Seva Sankalp Abhiyan to mark the occasion. The campaign will continue until October 17 and will also highlight 25 years since Modi became Gujarat chief minister in October 2001.

The BJP has planned a series of service, welfare and public-participation programmes involving party workers, beneficiaries of government schemes, students, youth and other participants.
