India, Aug. 23 -- Congress' weak organisational response to recent protests raises questions over its preparedness for upcoming state elections.

The agitation against paper leaks has exposed the weaknesses within the Congress organisation. Rahul Gandhi, the party's top leader, is reportedly quite displeased with the situation. Not only were the shortcomings of the party's frontal organisations laid bare, but the in charges of various departments and states also failed to deliver.
