Sahibzada Farhan made an impressive start to his full-time captaincy, leading the chase with a commanding 89 off 53 balls and earning the Player of the Match award. Maaz Sadaqat provided valuable support with a brisk 50 from 29 deliveries as Pakistan chased down Sri Lanka's 182/8 in 18.5 overs. For the visitors, Lahiru Udara's 91 off 55 balls was the standout effort, but the rest of the batting lineup failed to build on his innings. Sri Lanka will need a more consistent contribution from their top and middle order if they are to level the series.
