India, April 7 -- Once again, the FIFA World Cup could witness a performance from Nora Fatehi, the blockbuster Canadian singer and actress based in India. Reports suggest that she is in talks to perform at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be hosted by Mexico, her home country Canada, and the United States.

According to a report by Mid-Day, Fatehi has been approached to perform at the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup 2026 on June 12, at Toronto Stadium in Canada ahead of the opening match. The ceremony is expected to be held a day after the tournament's opening match on June 11 between Mexico and South Africa at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.
