India, Aug. 2 -- The Centre has announced a series of major reforms for NEET PG 2026, introducing changes to the examination format, test centre allocation, security measures and counselling process. The new measures are aimed at making the entrance examination more transparent, secure and candidate-friendly. The Union Health Ministry said the reforms are designed to improve fairness in the examination process while reducing travel-related difficulties for candidates and strengthening safeguards against malpractice.
