India, Sept. 7 -- Uttarakhand School Holiday Tomorrow: Schools across most districts are expected to function normally. However, district-level closures may be announced at short notice if heavy rainfall, waterlogging, landslides or unsafe road conditions create risks for students and staff. Nainital had witnessed a targeted closure amid heavy rain just a day earlier.
