India, July 11 -- Train services between Mumbai and Pune will remain disrupted till July 17 after heavy rainfall triggered landslides in the Bhor Ghat section, damaging railway tracks. Services were affected after heavy rain on July 6 caused multiple landslides between Karjat and Lonavala. According to Central Railway, the landslides damaged all three railway lines, with the worst impact reported near the Thakurwadi and Monkey Hill cabins. As restoration work continues, Central Railway has cancelled 30 train services, while the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has deployed additional buses to assist passengers.
