India, Sept. 17 -- The Lizzie Borden Story.

The Lizzie Borden Story has finally reached its bloody end. Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan's fourth season takes viewers into the life of Lizzie Borden, the Massachusetts woman accused of killing her father, Andrew Borden, and stepmother, Abby Borden, with an axe in 1892.

The eight-episode Netflix series does not simply retell the famous murder case. Instead, it imagines what could have happened inside the Borden household and builds a story around Lizzie's anger, her relationship with her maid Maggie Sullivan and her desperate need for freedom.
