India, Sept. 15 -- Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky returned to the US Senate on Monday for the first time in three months, appearing noticeably more frail after a fall at his Washington home in June that led to hospitalisation, a bout of pneumonia and an extended period of rehabilitation.
