India, Oct. 15 -- The father of missing Tennessee child Summer Wells has been taken into police custody and charged with domestic assault following a reported disturbance at the family's rural property. Donald Wells, aged sixty-one, was booked into the Hawkins County Jail early Tuesday morning, adding another layer of legal turmoil for the family more than three years after his five-year-old daughter vanished without a trace from the exact same location in Rogersville.
