India, Oct. 8 -- Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf, more than a year after the couple separated. Goth filed the petition in Los Angeles County on October 6, 2026, citing irreconcilable differences. She listed July 28, 2025, as their date of separation and is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their four-year-old daughter, Isabel. She has also asked that spousal support be terminated for both sides.

The divorce filing marks another chapter in a relationship that has been on and off for more than a decade.

Goth and LaBeouf first got together in 2012 after meeting while working on Nymphomaniac: Vol. II. They married in 2016, announced a split in 2018, reunited around 2020 and welcomed Isabel in 2022.
