India, Oct. 5 -- Marshals Season 2 wastes no time resolving its biggest Season 1 cliffhangers. The CBS drama returned with All Hat No Cattle on October 4 and Kayce Dutton's mission to rescue his son Tate ends with one character dead and another left to live with the consequences.

The Season 1 finale revealed that Tate's fishing trip with Tom Weaver was actually a kidnapping. At the same time, Cal and Belle were caught in an ambush.
