India, Oct. 4 -- Washington Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota exited Sunday morning's NFL London clash against the Indianapolis Colts with a knee injury and is officially questionable to return. The veteran backup was forced out of the action in the first quarter at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Mariota headed straight into the locker room for evaluation, plunging Washington into a full-blown quarterback crisis. With starter Jayden Daniels already sidelined by a dislocated elbow, the Commanders were forced to insert third-string passer Athan Kaliakmanis under center.
