India, Nov. 7 -- Bayern Munich have suffered another injury scare after Manuel Neuer was forced off with a foot problem during their Bundesliga clash against Mainz on Saturday. The veteran goalkeeper was unable to continue and was replaced by Jonas Urbig just before half-time.

The incident adds to Bayern's growing injury concerns, with several key players already unavailable. Neuer had only recently returned to action after recovering from a foot problem that had kept him out of previous matches.

According to Sky Sport Germany, the 40-year-old experienced pain following a Mainz set-piece situation and required treatment on the pitch. He subsequently left the field in the 45th minute, with Urbig coming on as his replacement.
