India, Sept. 8 -- Manchester United FC have suffered a setback in their pursuit of Lewis Hall, with the Newcastle United defender set to commit his future to the Magpies. Hall was a leading left-back target during the summer window as Michael Carrick's side looked for a long-term solution. Newcastle rejected an initial enquiry and repeatedly made clear that the England international was not available.
