Manchester School Lockdown: Police Arrest School-Girl After 3 People Injured in Suspected Stabbing
India, June 9 -- A Manchester school is reportedly "in lockdown" this morning after reports of a serious incident occurred, with a schoolgirl having been arrested, and three people injured, which is suspected to be a stabbing. After the incident, parents have demanded a school lockdown.
A substantial emergency services response was outside the Co-op Academy on Plant Hill Road, and parents have indicated that the school is currently under lockdown conditions.

Police and ambulance have been seen at the school entrance and throughout the school premises. However, an emergency helicopter has also been spotted circling above the school.
