India, May 14 -- TMC chief and Former West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee appears before the Calcutta High Court for the first time as lawyer, trying the case on alleged post-poll violence in the state. The lawsuit is on acts of violence, intimidation and police inaction after the recent elections amid rising political tensions in the state.
