India, July 4 -- Heavy rain continued across Madhya Pradesh on Friday, with several districts reporting waterlogging, flood like situations and rescue operations. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for Khandwa and Barwani, while many other districts remain under orange and yellow alerts. The weather department has also warned that rain is likely across almost every district in the state over the next 24 hours.
