India, Sept. 25 -- Traffic congestion has intensified on the M5 northbound in Somerset, with delays reported between Taunton, Bridgwater and Clevedon. The average speed on affected sections has fallen to around 25 mph, with tailbacks reported between Strowland Lane and Junction 20. Drivers travelling through the area have been advised to allow extra time and check traffic conditions before starting their journeys.
