India, June 3 -- Los Angeles Mayor Election 2026: The residents of Los Angeles are facing the most uncertain mayoral race in years whereas the initial expectation was for the current Mayor, Karen Bass, to be re-elected easily and what has now developed is a highly competitive mayoral contest where two fast-rising contenders, namely the City Council member, Nithya Raman and the television personality, Spencer Pratt, are battling each other. Issues such as homelessness, affordable housing, crime and forest fires have been the major preoccupations for voters in this mayoral race in the nation's second-largest city.
