India, June 7 -- Liechtenstein vs Cyprus International Friendly: Liechtenstein and Cyprus will face off in an international friendly at Rheinpark Stadion on Sunday, with both sides looking to build momentum after missing out on qualification for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The hosts endured a difficult qualifying campaign, losing all eight matches in UEFA Group J and conceding 33 goals. While Konrad Funfstuck's side secured a rare 1-0 victory over Tanzania in March, they have struggled badly at home, losing each of their last six matches on their own turf and failing to score in their previous five home outings.
