India, Aug. 14 -- Lewes Train Derailment Latest News: A train carrying passengers on its journey from London to Eastbourne was derailed close to Lewes in East Sussex on Thursday, causing a huge emergency operation to be put into effect. This accident took place at 3:54 p.m., approximately 45 miles south of London and there were around 150 passengers onboard.
