India, June 18 -- A major traffic disruption has been caused in Laredo, Texas, after a fatal private jet crash on Loop 20 highway, forcing authorities to shut down one of the busiest highways near Laredo International Airport. The crash, which killed Capital Factory CEO Joshua Baer and injured several others, has triggered a large-scale emergency response, an ongoing FAA and NTSB investigation, and extended road closures that are expected to last into midweek.

Officials have urged commuters and airport travellers to plan alternate routes as cleanup and evidence recovery operations continue.
