In her appearance with her husband, Vijay Deverakonda, on Koffee With Karan Season 9, the popular actress took to address the negative criticisms about her Hindi accent from movies such as Animal, Cocktail 2, and Chhaava. However, instead of being discouraged by such negative comments, Rashmika boldly asserts her cultural identity. She stresses the point that it is very natural for her to have a South Indian accent since she is from the South. This means that any criticism about this is very irrational.
