India, July 10 -- The death of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was honored through the burial ceremony held at the famous Imam Reza shrine in Mashhad and this is the culmination of six days of mourning in the country, following his demise. He died on 131 days before the burial in U.S. military attacks, which marked a new political direction for the country. It was attended by millions of mourners, with officials noting the attendance of more than 70 foreign delegations to honor him.
