India, May 28 -- Paul George's high stakes action film 'Kattalan' is officially in theatres. Now, the Antony Varghese and Siddique starrer is receiving mixed to negative reviews from the audiences. The film is currently performing well at the box office with a Rs.1.3 crore collection on day one.

Review

Kattalan has its positives such as the choreographed action, the music and especially Antony Varghese's performance. However, derivative storytelling, uneven pacing and a flat screenplay heavily weaken the film.
