India, June 4 -- The controversy over the film Kala Hiran, which is said to be based on the 1998 blackbuck poaching case involving Bollywood star Salman Khan, got way more intense recently. Producer Amit Jani claims he's getting death threats since Salman sent a legal notice their way. This notice says the filmmakers violated his personality rights and wants them to stop all promo activities and halt the film's release. Things have gotten so bad that Jani now feels threatened with violence if he even goes to Mumbai.
