India, Sept. 25 -- Kai Havertz's international duty with Germany lasted less than half, as the Arsenal star picked up an injury early in the away UEFA Nations League game against the Netherlands. Havertz was unable to continue following a tackle by Quinten Timber. The Dutch midfielder was shown a yellow card and moments later, the German international was taken off.

Despite missing their key forward, Jurgen Klopp's Germany took the lead in the first half of the Nations League opener, with Felix Nmecha breaking the deadlock.
