India, Oct. 24 -- Barcelona will miss the services of Jules Kounde in the upcoming LaLiga El Clasico against Real Madrid, scheduled for October 25. The Frenchman remains sidelined with an ankle issue and has been unable to recover ahead of the blockbuster showdown at Camp Nou. He did not feature in the recent Champions League game against PSG, which Barcelona lost 4-2, recording their maiden defeat of the 2026-27 season. As Kounde was unavailable, a young Xavi Espart had filled in the right-back spot.
