India, Oct. 8 -- Leon Botstein, the former President of New York's Bard College recently after a 'startling' email came to light. Now, Congressman Jamie Raskin, along with fellow Rep. Madeleine Dean, is seeking a criminal probe against Botstein over his alleged ties to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
