India, Aug. 30 -- The diplomatic relationship between Japan and South Korea has taken a highly favourable turn this decade, despite historical discord. Now, the Asia Pacific countries have teamed up for an initiative that aims to tackle the issue of population decline. The panel aims to facilitate the exchange of policies, research and practical solutions between Japan and South Korea.
