India, Sept. 2 -- The developers of Jailer 2 have finally straightened themselves up regarding the movie's release date and put an end to the rumors of a delay. Sun Pictures has announced that the Rajinikanth starrer will release on October 15, 2026, as scheduled. The clarification comes after reports claimed that the sequel might be pushed due to possible reshoots. But the production house has insisted that the movie is on track.
