India, Oct. 26 -- Public transportation in Israel will operate normally during the 2026 Knesset elections, but with massive fare benefits to help citizens travel and vote. The Central Elections Committee and the Ministry of Transportation have authorized free transit across all train lines and primary intercity bus networks.

Free Travel Window

Free travel goes into effect starting Monday, October 26, 2026, at 8:00 PM and lasts until the end of operations on Election Day, Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
