India, May 30 -- In a major counter-terrorism operation, the Delhi Police Special Cell has busted an alleged terror module which is believed to have links with fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim and Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). Through this operation, Delhi Police has captured nine individuals, which also include one Nepali national and recovered weapons, explosives and other incriminating materials.

Investigators are calling it a major breakthrough in protecting national security, with early findings pointing to an extensive network which operates in multiple Indian states.
