India, May 21 -- B Sai Sudharsan has taken back the Orange Cap from Vaibhav Sooryanshi as he peeled off 84 off 54 deliveries in the IPL 2026 clash against the Chennai Super Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. With a tally of 638 runs, the left-hander leads the run-scoring charts by a distance and could well finish the 2026 edition as well as the leading run-getter, with the Titans heading to the playoffs once again.

While Gujarat Titans' captain and B Sai Sudharsan's captain is a close second with a tally of 618 runs, the latter has clearly outperformed the Indian Test captain this season. Both Sai Sudharsan and Gill will have the chance of passing 700 runs too, given the playoffs still loom.
