India, June 8 -- After a series defeat to England, the Indian women's cricket team returned to winning ways against the West Indies in the penultimate warm-up game in Cardiff ahead of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup, slated to start on June 12. Having won the last 50-over World Cup, the Women in Blue are one of the favourites to replicate the success in the upcoming competition. Their England tour, however, didn't have the best start as India lost two of the three T20Is against the hosts. They made an impressive comeback against the West Indies, securing a 26-run victory after a dominant performance from the Indian bowling unit.
