India, June 9 -- After a heavy defeat in the series opener, the Indian national football team will try to turn the tables in the second international friendly against Tajikistan, set to be played at the Hisor Central Stadium in Hisor on Tuesday, June 9. Following a below-par campaign in the Unity Cup, Khalid Jamil's men will now rectify their errors in this June friendly window. The start, however, was not up to mark, with India enduring a 1-3 defeat in the last clash against Tajikistan. The Blue Tigers miss some of their key men, with Mohun Bagan players out of the friendly fixtures. The coach will need to use his resources smartly and put up a gritty performance against a strong Tajikistan side.
