India, Oct. 3 -- The India vs Pakistan Asian Games 2026 cricket final is set for Saturday, October 3, but after rain disrupted the tournament earlier this week, the weather remains one of the talking points ahead of the gold medal clash.

The latest conditions in Nisshin are much more encouraging. The sky is clear at the moment, while the latest forecast indicates largely dry conditions around the match window. AccuWeather currently shows a rain probability of below 5% through the day.

The final is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM IST at Korogi Sports Park in Nisshin. But if the weather does take a turn and the match cannot produce a result, the Asian Games rules have a very different answer from what happened at the previous edition.
