India, Sept. 21 -- Typhoon Dujuan has disrupted plans in parts of eastern Japan, with heavy rain and worsening weather conditions forcing organisers of the Asian Games 2026 to postpone the equestrian eventing competition. The event, originally scheduled for Monday, has been pushed back to Tuesday as a precaution, although the Games had largely avoided major weather-related interruptions until now. The typhoon has brought torrential rainfall across parts of the country as it moves towards the Pacific coast.
