India, Nov. 8 -- India U19 won the toss and elected to bat first against Pakistan U19 in the eighth match of the ACC Men's U19 Asia Cup 2026 at the Al Amerat Cricket Ground (Ministry Turf 2) in Oman on Sunday, November 8.

"Yeah, the wicket looks good and we want to put a good total and put them under pressure," said Lakshya Rajesh Raichandani at the toss.

Pakistan captain Farhan Yousaf however, believes it's a loss to lose the toss. "On this pitch, I think difficult to decide because we go (whether to) with the bowl first, (whether to) we go with the bat first. So good toss to lose."

The match began with Ali Raza opening the bowling for Pakistan. Lakshya Raichandani and Aaryavir Sehwag opened the innings for India.
