India, Sept. 25 -- The Roar goes back to well-known ground. It tells a tale about power and reach and also about how hard it is to chase justice when the other side has a big crowd behind them. The six-episode JioHotstar run was made by Karan D. Kapadia and Nitya Mehra. It blends a police procedural with a courtroom drama and a social thriller. The focus is 17-year-old Meenu Rawat. Aneet Padda plays her.

Does the Crime Drama Build Enough Tension?
